This personalised coaching program includes six, 60-minute one-on-one sessions over 12 weeks, either in person or online—whichever suits you best. You’ll receive tailored resources and tools aligned with your specific health goals, along with ongoing email support between sessions to help keep you motivated and on track. Reset in Six
Reset in Six is a focused 6-week coaching program designed for those who want targeted support in a self identified area. Whether you’re looking to improve one key area—like sleep, nutrition, stress, or movement this program offers structured guidance to help you make meaningful change. You’ll receive four, 45-minute one-on-one sessions, either in person or online, as well as ongoing email support throughout the six weeks. With personalised resources, measurable challenges, and practical tools, you’ll be supported every step of the way as you work towards lasting improvement in the area that matters most to you.
