About Me

My journey into health and wellness began 11 years ago when I was pregnant with my daughter. That chapter of life ignited a deep desire to make better choices for myself and for the little one I was bringing into the world. I felt empowered to shift my lifestyle and began exploring both modern and traditional approaches to holistic health.
Over time, I gradually incorporated new daily rhythms, becoming vegetarian, practising meditation, yoga, journaling, personal development, and embracing continuous learning. What started as small, intentional steps evolved into a way of life I am truly proud of.
I am also deeply focused on supporting women as they navigate the many layers of motherhood—particularly those who may feel they’ve lost touch with themselves while devoting so much energy to nurturing and raising their families. Reclaiming your identity, purpose, and wellbeing in the midst of motherhood is not only possible, but powerful.
I’m passionate about helping teenage girls through a time often marked by peer pressure, confusion, and external expectations. Supporting young women to reconnect with their inner voice, build confidence, and develop vital tools like boundaries and self-trust is work I deeply value.
Based in Queenstown, I work out of my private studio while also offering online coaching for those who aren’t local. Through my coaching programmes, you’ll find a safe, supportive, and empowering space where you’re in the driver’s seat, gently guided to rediscover your own path to wellness and growth.
